2. Services

We provide:

• Specialist root canal treatment (by referral or direct booking)

• Dentist referral services

• Dental education & CPD courses
  
  

All services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be confirmed via phone or email.

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a consultation appointment to avoid charges.

• At least one week’s notice is required to cancel or reschedule a treatment appointment to avoid charges.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in the deposit being taken.

• Exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.

4. Course Bookings

• Full payment secures a place on a course.

Digital Courses

• Once access to the digital course has been granted, no refunds are available.

Hands-On Courses

• All hands-on course bookings are non-refundable once purchased.

• Course delegate records (name, contact details, payment details, CPD certificates) are kept for at least 5 years in line with CPD verification requirements

• Finance options are provided by third-party providers subject to their terms

5. Payments

• All prices in GBP (£).

• We accept bank transfer, debit/credit card, or finance options.
  
  

6. Disclaimer
